- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆It took a series of failed relationships to get me eventually to come to counselling. I chose Acorn over an NLP practitioner based on my gut feeling after initial meetings with both. The process was challenging but was so worthwhile in the end that I cannot describe it. I basically managed to make sense of my whole confusing life up to the present day and learn new ways of looking at myself and my place in the world. I offer couple counselling and individual therapy. Initial session is opportunity to meet and for you to ask any questions you might have with no obligation. My private practice is based in York and is easily accessible via, public transport and car, or a 15/20 minute walk from the city centre. Free on street parking. I also offer Workplace and Family Mediation and Workplace Training.
