- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Very unorganised staff, didnt seem to understand how to communicate effectively with a customer - it made me feel very uncomfortable.
They also advertise student discount which they talked to me about saying how they offer it, but then told me as I was paying that it was only available to York students which was not mentioned the whole way through my time at the spa.
I feel that the decor of the salon was great, but the quality of communication with customers was unacceptable I wouldnt really recommend this place unless you were desperate for a treatment and it was the only place with availabilityBy Admin, October 21, 2017
