- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came into the store on a Saturday lunchtime for a meal with my partner and was ignored by every member of staff except for one young lady who said that someone would be with us soon I have been to this store many times and never had a problem so this was a shock we waited in the store for at least 10 minutes after the young lady said this and not one member of staff even acknowledged us one was even stood there doing nothing before picking up a cleaning rag and one squeezed past us to put a menu down also ignoring us. Really not happy about this experience will not be returning after the embarrassment of been ignored and been made to feel unimportant.By stefaniedianewest, April 16, 2017
