- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Be warned! - very sneeky customer service. Went got a quote - excellent - agreed to have the work done and then went to collect it and was hit with added VAT! Not once was this mentioned earlier. The quote never said including or excluding VAT. I think any customer would understandably appreciate being told upfront what they are going to pay rather than being hit with a massive addition at the end once the work has already been completed and it is too late to decline.
Couldnt fault the actual repairs just very disappointed they werent honest about the price!
